  • Which insurances do you take?

Charis Family Clinic accepts Aetna, Cigna, Children's DSHS, Coventry, First Choice, Labor & Industries, PHCS/Multiplan, Premera, Regence, and Uniform insurances. We will accept Great West in the next few weeks.

  • Why do Charis Clinic medical providers do their own blood draws and paperwork?

Charis is committed to offering you personalized high quality care. Many medical offices have medical assistants and receptionists, which add considerable expense to the practice. By doing this work ourselves, and following a low overhead model, we can see 6-8 patients a day instead of 25-35 patients a day like many other family practices.

  • Does Charis Family Clinic see children?

Yes, yes, and yes!! Dr. Deonne was a pediatric nurse prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner. In her 1st few years in practice she saw more children than adults. She particularly enjoys babies and young children, while continuing to serve the needs of women, the injured, and those with chronic disease.

  • Can I really reach my own provider 24 hours a day?

Yes, Dr. Deonne is available on call for urgent questions after clinic hours. If you have a life threatening emergency, always call 911. If your question does not need answered immediately, you may receive a call back the next business day.

  • What happens if Dr. Deonne is sick or on vacation?

Dr. Deonne has made arrangements with the providers at Sound Family Clinic for days she is off or on vacation. Call 425-744-1360 if you need to reach them.
